Columbia Supremo is a high-quality coffee grown in the Colombian region of Antioquia/Medellin. On altitudes of 1,100–1,500 m.a.s.l. Bourbon and Typica Arabica varieties are cultivated. Columbia Supremo coffee beans are washed and then naturally sun-dried. After processing, the largest Supremo beans are carefully selected in a milling process. Balanced, medium body and bright, citric acidity characterize high-quality Columbia Supremo coffee. The notes of milk chocolate, walnut and cocoa additionally influence the excellent taste. The harvest period lasts from October to December.
