Finca El Limo Pacamara coffee comes from the region of Metapán, Santa Ana in El Salvador. The owner of a 7-hectare coffee farm, Oscar Figueroa grows Pacamara coffee at an altitude between 1400 m and 1600 m, which is a hybrid that was created in El Salvador in 1958. It’s a cross between Pacas and Maragoype. The ripe fruit is carefully picked, then the coffee is fully washed before being dried on raised beds. Selected Finca El Limo Pacamara coffee beans have a screen size of 17 up. Finca El Limo Pacamara coffee has a complex cup profile with the characteristic notes of blood orange and cane sugar.
