Sidamo Grade 2 coffee is a classic from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Cultivated with the utmost care, in the most southern province of Ehiopia, known to coffee lovers: Sidamo. Coffee beans, with screen 15 up, are washed before drying. Sidamo Grade 2 coffee has a small green/greyish bean, more elongated than the american Arabica coffees. This is a high-quality coffee that has a deep citrus and floral bergamot taste and, depending on the roasting degree, can give you a very full body.
The owner of the farm, ET Bokasso, also grows the Heirloom variety at altitudes from 1500 m to 2000 m. The harvest time of Sidamo Grade 2 coffee is from July to December. Shipment is possible from October to February. Sidamo Grade 2 coffee is Fair Trade Organic certified. Bags of 60 kg are available for sale.
