Plantation AA Bababudangiri coffee owes its name to the ancient legend of the young saint Baba Budan. It is cultivated in the region of Bababundagiri, Chickmagalur, Karnataka, India. The various varieties are grown on different farms at altitudes between 1000 m and 1450 m. After picking, the coffee beans are separated from the fruit and washed before drying. As a result, grains with a screen size of A=17, AA=17/18 are carefully selected. This is how Plantation AA Bababudangiri coffee gets its distinctive flavor with notes of nougat, hazelnut and cocoa.
